Beacon Hill's resident Alpha is in for a rough senior year, one that will be full of incredibly creepy blood transfusions. The Doctors are in, and it seems Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) is on the top of their patient list (see video below).

No one knows exactly what the series' latest villain will be up to, but it appears they are trying to shake up the natural order of the supernatural.

"There's a new type of supernatural character on the show and they are made by not how you think they're made," Posey hesitantly told Hollywood Life, carefully avoiding any major spoilers. "I don't know if I've said too much."

Could experimenting on the True Alpha help the Doctors' in their quest? What ever the outcome, it certainly doesn't look like it will end well for a black-eyed McCall.

Season 5 will kick off with a two-night MTV premiere on June 29 and 30. The elder members of Scott's mismatched pack will enter senior year as the summer season begins, and the wereowlves, werecoyotes, kitsunes, humans, and banshees will have to balance school, college apps, and staying alive if they wish to make it to graduation. Unfortunately, their battle tested friendships will start to crumble as the year wears on.
