Yandy of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop New York is officially married after her fairytale wedding to Mendeecees, but now that they are husband and wife, the drama over who did and did not go to the ceremony has spilled over.

Details Behind Yandy & Mendeecees’ Televised Wedding

For starters, fans might have been shocked to see that Peter Gunz and Tara Wallace got close at the lavish event!

She shared a snapshot on Instagram Tuesday with the caption, “We ain’t enemies! We raise kids together and we work together. Supporting my friend @yandysmith”.

Of course fans were wondering where Amina was, so she took to her Twitter to explain why she was MIA.

She wrote, “I wasn't at the #LHHWedding because I was not invited by anyone, boom there u have ur answer. Im sure it was beautiful. Thanks & have a good day”.

They were dating for more than 10 years when he cheated on her with Amina Buddafly. Peter and Amina secretly tied the knot just months before she got pregnant. But all the while, Peter was still going back-and-forth between her and Wallace. This caused Amina to end her marriage with Peter, but it’s not clear if she’s gone through with it yet. So seeing Wallace and Peter together at the wedding (sans Amina’s presence) was definitely a surprise.

Amina wasn’t the only reality star who was missing at the wedding.

Erica Mena opted out of going and original Love & Hip Hop New York stars Chrissy and Jim Jones weren’t there either (but Jim Jones’ mother was spotted). Mimi Faust was also noticeably missing— especially since many of her Love & Hip Hop Atlanta co-stars were there. Interestingly enough, Mendeecees’ assistant, Remy, who shook things up on the show last season wasn’t there either.
