The Tomorrowland star opened up about his aging secrets and how he would never consider plastic surgery for himself.

According to the BBC on Wednesday (via the National Post), when asked if he would ever get a nip and tuck himself, Clooney said, "Clearly I haven't. For me it's never been an issue or an option. I don't think it would make much sense, quite honestly. I've seen it happen. Particularly on men I don't think it really works. I think it actually makes you look older."

He added, "I'm a big believer in the idea that you can't try to look younger. You just have to look the best you can at the age you are."

Meanwhile, his latest movie, Tomorrowland, flopped at the box office this weekend, by raking in only $40 million, even though it cost about $190 million to make.

According to the Daily Mail on Monday, Disney Pictures' latest failure might make it difficult for future financers to fund original stories like Tomorrowland.

Universal's latest, Pitch Perfect 2, starring Anna Kendrick, made $30 million while the weekend's other new opening Poltergeist, pulled in $23 million.
