Bethenny Frankel has turned the table on Bravo exec Andy Cohen and the dirty little secrets we've always wanted to know about the Real Housewives franchise. The Real Housewives of New York star grilled the Watch What Happens live host on his thoughts on some of the ladies and some of the mistakes he's made in the past.

According to Reality Tea on Wednesday, Cohen said he never realized that Frankel would become to big star she is today.

He told the Skinnygirl mogul, "I was initially wrong about you. I saw the first casting for New York, I was reticent about you because you had been on 'The Apprentice.' I thought that was weird at the time."

When asked about some of his most questionable casting decisions, Cohen admitted that he didn't want to cast real actresses on the shows until Lisa Rinna made him change his mind.

He said, "Lisa Rinna was on the first casting tape for Beverly Hills. The first season of Beverly Hills, I thought, I don't see it. It's weird. It's not what this show is. Then last year I wanted her on. You were like, 'Have her on your show. You will love her. She's great. She's perfect.' And you were right about that."

Frankel and Cohen also dished about Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak, who ended up quitting the show and just like Frankel, starred in her own spin-off series.

Cohen explained, "I didn't get Kim Zolciak on the initial casting of Atlanta. I was like, I don't get her. She looked like a country star. She's wearing this synthetic wig. I was like, we have this white woman? I just didn't get it."

The Real Housewives of New York airs every Tuesday night on Bravo.
