This teen is hot off his win from The Voice Season 8, but took the time to acknowledge all the kind, personal messages he has been receiving since garnering spotlight on the reality singing competition.

On Fredericks' Facebook Monday, the season 8 contestant initially apologized for his lengthy message, but went on to talk about something that happened the Monday prior, which was right before the finale occurred on The Voice.

The young musician admitted he "was feeling really stressed out" due to troubles he was experiencing with the tempo of Neil Young's "Old Man" during his rehearsals.

The teen always has seemed so composed throughout the competition, but he was fearful he'd "mess up" the "iconic song on TV."

A fan sent him a message, which "really helped" him out and he shared that message and acknowledged all the messages he tends to receive.

"I have gotten many messages with similar stories and I'm grateful that this music is helping so many. I'm sorry that I don't always have the time to write back, but know that I am reading and you are [h]eard," he dished.

The fan told Fredericks "how much of an impact" his music has had on her life in a positive light.

This fan said Fredericks has "shaped real lives" with his original music as well as his craft displayed on The Voice this season.

The Voice will return to NBC in the fall for its ninth season.
