Courtney Stodden's mom has quit her job as manager to the infamous teen bride.

At the end of last week, following the sale of Stodden's solo sex tape, her mother, Krista Keller, resigned. On Wednesday, she announced the news to press.

“On May 22 I resigned as Courtney’s manager/momager,” Keller told Us Weekly in a statement. “I love my daughter very much, but I decided to step down due to serious creative differences.”

Although Keller will no long be working as a manager for her daughter, she plans to continue managing others, and will do so while helping her husband run a Christian website.

“I will also be on the lookout for people that I would like to manage to help them reach their goals in the entertainment industry,” she continued. “I plan to use my time now to help my husband, Reggie, with his Christian website called PowerSharing.com, which is a ministry to uplift and inspire others to follow their dreams through faith.”

Stodden released her first sex tape earlier this month, donating 100 percent of the proceeds to charity. According to TMZ, the film generated $1.2 million for Vivid Entertainment in the first 24 hours, and was deemed to be the most successful solo film of all time for the company.

In addition, the film's 5-minute trailer was watched by over 2 million people.
