Supernatural's Charlie Bradbury may not stay gone forever.

'Supernatural Season 11: What's Next For Rowena? Ruth Connell Dishes On Hopes For Cunning Witch

Felicia Day's techie-geek-hunter hybrid met an untimely end during "Dark Dynasty," but death never creates a hard and fast goodbye in the world of the Winchesters (see video below). For those viewers wondering if Charlie may pop up in season 11 (or beyond), Day won't crush your dreams.

"I will say that every journey has a beginning and an end...I love the fact that Charlie had such a complete journey," Day explained at MCM London Comic Con, informing fans that she was originally brought in for just one episode back in 2012. "It's very sad to close the door, but it's a door that may not stay closed. I don't know. Or I get another door opened."

The role of Charlie came to Day as she was preparing to launch her own company, Geek and Sundry. Although the Youtube channel was set to hit the Internet in less than a month, Day was willing to drop everything to play one of TV's most non-cliché, deeply complicated geeks.

"I read the script and Robbie Thompson, the writer, wrote this character that I had to play. She was so confidant. She was a three-dimensional character in that she superseded her geeky interests. She was a lesbian character, but that wasn't the defining feature of her. I really appreciate that kind of writing because on TV you don't see it a lot. So I had to play her character and then they just happened to write me back in," Day told Skip to the End last weekend, explaining that she was very blessed to have the chance to return six more times in order to dig deeper into Charlie's life.

Now, fans will have to see if The CW drama will break through the veil of death to explore the character once more. Are you hoping to get another dose of Charlie on Supernatural? Tell us what you think in the comments below.
