Paulina Rubio allegedly hit her personal male assistant during an emotional outburst at Miami's airport last weekend, according to TMZ, but the singer denied such attack happened.

According to a lawsuit filed by Rubio's assistant Felipe Restrepo Betancur and obtained by TMZ.com, Rubio got "violent" towards him and threw "punches," "kicks," "slaps," and objects at him.

He claims Rubio was upset that he couldn't find first class seats for her on a second flight after she reportedly missed her original flight from Miami to Mexico.

"Felipe claims he suffered serious injuries from her attack -- including abrasions and contusions on his shins and arms. He also claims he suffered emotional damage," reports TMZ.

The Mexican singer known as "La Chica Dorada" (Golden Girl) has denied the accusations and said the claims are "fantasy."

The allegations are "the subject of fantasy and make believe," Rubio's lawyer said in a statement Friday.

"The moment after being fired and eventually recovering from his inebriation Mr. Restrepo ran to an attorney who was representing another individual in a meritless lawsuit previously filed against Ms. Rubio's company Link Tours, Inc.," the statement said.

Rubio's lawyer also said:

"Notably absent from this entire story is any reference that this 'beating and humiliation' was documented or observed by anyone on the flight."
