Hannibal's cannibal will leave Will Graham a bloody gift in "Premavera."

'Hannibal' Season 3: Prepare To Enter Lecter's Childhood Home, Plot For 'Secondo' Revealed

The FBI profiler will be back on his feet following the season 3 premiere, and Graham's (Hugh Dancy) first order of business will be to track down the evasive Dr. Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen). Unfortunately, Hannibal will be step ahead and Will will be one city behind during episode 3.

"Following a hunch, Will arrives in Palermo, Italy to find a disturbing gift," NBC teased. While the nature of this little present is unknown, it undoubtedly involves some sort of beautifully crafted and intensely grotesque display of murder.

A blood soaked will appears to confirm this hunch (see photos above).

Meanwhile, Inspector Pazzi (Fortunato Cerlino) will make his first appearance as Will takes on Sicily. A Florentine detective, Pazzi has reason to believe Lecter is a serial killer from 20 years prior, one known as Il Monstro. Graham will quickly have to decide which side he is on - is he still clinging to the threads of his tarnished friendship, or is he ready to put Hannibal behind bars?
