RHOBH’s Kyle Richards Responds To Reports Following Sister Kim’s Arrest

Following Kim Richards' alleged relapse in Mexico this past weekend, where she and Kyle attended her daughter Brooke Brinson's wedding, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star spoke to TMZ, confirming she's unsure of Kim's wherebouts.

When photographers in Los Angeles asked Kyle if Kim was going back to rehab, as was previously planned, Kyle said, "She should be, that's the plan."

Kim entered rehab at the end of last month, following her drunken arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel weeks prior. However, the reality star was allowed to attend the May 23 wedding of Brinson, and expected to reenter treatment upon her return to the states. So far, she hasn't done so.

"You know, I don't know," Kyle said of Kim's future plans for treatment. "I haven't spoken to her."

As fans will recall, Kyle and Kim Richards' relationship became strained during filming on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 5. In addition to their issues over Kim's friendship with Brandi Glanville, who regularly bashes Kyle, Kim accused her sister of stealing her stake in their deceased mother's former Palm Springs, Calif. home.

When TMZ asked Kyle if she was upset with Kim, she insisted they were "good," despite their lack of communication in recent days.
