While Rumer Willis got in insanely good shape during her run on ABC's Dancing With the Stars, she recently admitted that she still eats the same foods as before.

'DWTS' Champ Rumer Willis Reflects On Her Journey This Season

Willis, who won Dancing With the Stars last week with her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy, sat down with him at E! News this week to discuss a variety of topics. Among them was Willis flaunting her bikini body on Instagram and how dancing so many hours every day made her so fit.

"I pretty much eat the same things, I mean french fries are still a large part of my diet," Willis said, laughing. "But honestly, that's just one of the reasons why I like dancing. I don't like standing on a treadmill."

Chmerkovskiy quickly added, "Usually you gotta run on the treadmill...you should try it."

"Whatever..." Rumer retorted, with a smile. "I like doing things that actually serve a purpose. To me, running on a treadmill, that seems so monotonous and I'm not working towards anything, so at least when I was dancing, I felt like, I'm doing something that's going to give me something back. It's not just for the sole purpose of trying to make my body look a certain way."

Willis said that her current in-shape body might be temporary, but Chmerkovskiy observed that she looked good even before joining Dancing With the Stars.

Dancing With the Stars returns in the fall on ABC, though the network has not yet announced a specific premiere date. The series is staying in its Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT timeslot.
