Does Eye Candy have a chance of receiving a Teen Choice Award nomination even though the series was canceled?

What Were The Odds Of An 'Eye Candy' Renewal?

On Sunday, a tweet was posted that shows the former cast members in a group shot with the phrase "We aren't giving up on Eye Candy are you? We want Season 2!" beneath it. The caption for the photo has a link to the Teen Choice Award nomination page where people can tweet their choices for TV, movies and celebrities they would like to see win a prize.

It also just so happens that Harvey Guillen, who played George on the MTV drama, re-tweeted this post, giving more insight if the series will have any kind of future whether that includes an award or not.

Love Triangle Chatter On 'Eye Candy'

Eye Candy starred Victoria Justice as computer hacker Lindy who helped solve crimes after her sister went missing and discovered that a killer was obsessing over her. Unfortunately, the series was let go after only one season as announced by Justice.

"I wanted you guys to hear it from me first, that the cast and I received news that Eye Candy will not be returning for Season 2," the actress wrote on social media. "Even though a lot of you are going to feel sad/angry, please know that playing Lindy Sampson, is something that I loved and I will hold dear to my heart."
