Kim Zolciak Insists 'RHOA' Is '100 Percent' Real

In recent social media photos, the former star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and current star of Don't Be Tardy appears to be looking noticeably younger. However, when it comes to surgery, Zolciak insists she's had none.

Zolciak's tweet was shared in response to a fan, who had written, "Is it true you have had a full face lift? Radar reports that top dr's have come to that conclusion."

Earlier this week, after noticing changes in Zolciak's face, Radar Online published a report, claiming a number of top surgeons believed she may have underwent a number of cosmetic procedures, including what some claimed could have been a full face lift.

“Kim appears to have transformed! Her nose looks refined, thinner, straighter, and shorter than it used to be. I suspect that she had a surgical rhinoplasty to accomplish this,” Anthony Youn, M.D., who has not done work on Zolciak, explained. “It also appears that she underwent an endoscopic browlift. Her eyebrows look moderately elevated, and her hairline looks like it’s moved back a centimeter or so, a classic sign or an endoscopic brow lift.”
