Violet Chachki!

On Tuesday, Entertainment Weekly posted an interview with the new winner where she dished on being named as Shadiest Queen in a previous episode. She explained why that happened and how it had to do with her motivation to make it far.

"I think I have a really, really strong personality, especially when it comes to my drag character," Chachki said. "It's part of the character I worked really hard to create. I'm really creative. There were a lot of people on the show who were shadier than I was."

"Being shady was part of my character," she added. "We were all fighting for our careers."

The Season 7 superstar then revealed how incredible it felt to have RuPaul tell her she was talented earlier in the race.

"When I was a child, Ru was at the first peak in her careers in the 90s, so it was surreal seeing her in front of you so majestic, and her telling you these things that you may not have realized before," Chacki said. "I can't even describe it."
