We need an iZombie hero, and it looks like Major may fit the bill.

'iZombie' Spoilers: 'Bodies Stack Up' In Finale [PHOTOS], Headshots & Tough Decisions Promised For 'Blaine's World'

The social worker turned zombie hunter has finally stumbled across the man who killed his teenage charges, and viewers will get to see Major (Robert Buckley) turn into a "man of action" in the finale. Few spoilers have slipped out about this pay dirt episode, but showrunner Rob Thomas revealed that Liv's (Rose McIver) ex-fiancé will make some major (pun intended) moves.

"I pitched [Buckley] the final episode. I said, 'The end of this show is like Taxi Driver. You will be a man of action. You will not simply be the boy that Liv fawns over,'" Thomas told Collider. "I think people respond to people that take action. I think they love Major because he's not a soldier, he's a social worker who just was dogged about this. I know some people kept saying, "Don't do that, Major!," but I had so much fun watching him take charge in that final episode."

A fan-shot behind-the-scenes video shows that Major will eventually take up arms outside the MeatCute, but how he gets there is anyone's guess. Let's hope he's taking headshots at Blaine (David Anders) and Co. and not one of the city's more docile members of the undead.

Find out how Mr. Lillywhite will turn the tables when iZombie airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW. Click the video below to see a preview for the finale, "Blaine's World."
