"Human Barbie" doll Valeria Lukyanova, who became an Internet sensation earlier this year for her impressive Barbie looks, is being featured on the latest issue of V Magazine set to hit newsstands on November 15.

While many people agree that she bears the most convincing looks of the world famous doll, some wondered whether Lukyanova was a "real" person or a scam. Were her body features (extremely tiny waist, out of proportion breasts and big eyes) natural or the result of rigorous plastic surgery.

"The truth is that Valeria is very much real," V Magazine writes on its "Living Doll" feature explaining that she resides in Odessa, Ukraine.

"We brought this viral phenom to New York City, entranced by her unnaturally thin waist, dramatic curves, and trendy, new age sense of style, which often includes pastel spaghetti-strap crop tops, navel piercings, and bindis," the magazine writes.

The magazine also says that a source in Ukraine told them Lukyanova was being monitored by Ukraine's Secret Service and the source warned them about her.

"Be careful," the magazine was told. "We're worried for you, and do not want you to suffer from her."

It is unclear, why is she being watched.

Lukyanova spoke with the magazine about her life, Internet popularity and physical appearance.

When asked to describe what a typical day for her looks like she replied:

"In the morning I work on my face and I get a massage, then I spend some time on the Internet. I meditate and travel in my astral body, and after that I work out at the gym. I go for a walk with my best girlfriend, I get home, and I make dinner for the man I love. Then I spend some more time on the Internet, do some reading and meditating, and go to bed."

Lukyanova, who calls herself "Amatue" (as a spiritual name), says she is a teacher at the "School of Out-of-Body Travel."

"I know that this is the future of mankind and that it has huge potential. Hidden reserves will be tapped soon," she says of the practice.

About her Internet popularity and critics, Lukyanova said that she doesn't take them seriously.

"Some people even spread rumors about me and retouch my pictures to hurt me. But I don't take them seriously. I'm even flattered! It's what success is like. I'm happy I seem unreal to them, it means I'm doing a good job," she said.

On her physical appearance, she denies she underwent plastic surgery and says her looks are the result of "hard work."
