In celebration of Father's Day, we decided to show appreciation to all the fathers with familiar faces playing the role of both parents. Whether selling out shows, making box office hits, or dominating on the turf, these dads are committed to their first priority: their children.

The way they became single fathers doesn't matter. But what does matter is that they are in their children's lives every single day rain or shine. As we all see, celebrity lifestyles can be crazy enough, but throwing a child or two in the mix changes a man's perspective for the better. Something about changing a diaper for the first time or waking up at odd hours (if you get sleep at all) can be much more sobering than originally anticipated.

Colin Farrell

The Irish actor and heartthrob is an example of a dad who puts kids first. Fame brought along all kinds of vices, but the birth of his oldest son James caused him to slow down and change his life. In an interview with The Daily Mail, Colin opened up, saying "What my first son James did was allow me to care for something in this world when I couldn't care for myself. James saved my life."

Michael Strahan

Athlete turned TV personality Strahan travels across the country during football season (he's a commentator for FOX on Sundays) from California to New York to co-host Live with Kelly and Michael on weekdays. He has four little ones, so when he's off air his hands are more than full.

Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges

This Father's Day will be especially happy for the rapper/actor as he just recently won a brutal custody case over daughter Karma and welcomed the birth of second daughter Cai Bella. Although he is now married, he makes the list because a custody battle is no fun for anyone involved, but he made it clear that his daughter comes first.

Lenny Kravitz

Rocker/actor Kravitz has been a single father to daughter Zoe Kravitz since nuptials to actress Lisa Bonet were ended in 1993. He has taken her under his wing and it seems to have paid off since she is now creating a star name for herself in Hollywood with her most recent role as Nakia in movie Dope.

Al Pacino

The legendary actor has never been married, but is fully committed to his three cherubs. While the actor has portrayed an absent dad on the big screen (Danny Collins), this couldn't be farther from his reality as the main stars in his real life are Julia, Olivia and Anton.
