They left Port Charles in an attempt to rescue their kidnapped son and save his life, and now, Luke (Anthony Geary) and Laura (Genie Francis) will face off against their unexpected new foe on General Hospital.

Lulu Learns The Truth About Luke & Laura's Plot

Luke called off his engagement to Tracy (Jane Elliott) during their engagement party so he and Laura could better ensure they would be able to complete their mission without alerting anyone else to the truth, as they were instructed to do by Lucky's kidnappers. However, after arriving at the diner they once ran with their son, they were surprised with a visit by one of their enemies--someone they never expected to find.

"Hand over the gun if you ever want to see your son alive again," a woman says to them in a preview clip for the Monday, June 22 episode.

Luke and Laura Face Their Critics

The two may be shocked as they learn just why Lucky was kidnapped--and what they may need to do in order to rescue him.

Meanwhile, back in Port Charles, the truth about who is attempting a hostile takeover of ELQ is finally out--and now, both Rosalie (Linda Elena Tovar) and Nikolas (Tyler Christopher)are being forced to explain their actions.

While Nikolas faces confrontation from Sam (Kelly Monaco) however, Rosalie will find herself being pushed by Michael (Chad Duell), Jake (Billy Miller) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) to reveal her boss's identity.

"We're not after you. We're after your boss," Michael says to her in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
