'Falling Skies' Season 5: Weaver To Meet An Old Flame, Plot Revealed For Finale Episodes [VIDEO]
Falling Skies' Weaver will run into an old flame as the final season comes to a close.
The Colonel (Will Patton) lost his wife and youngest daughter during the initial invasion before burying his elder daughter in season 4. As the Espheni occupation nears an end, it looks like the 2nd Mass' military leader could find happiness once more.
In episode 7, "Everybody Has Their Reasons," Spoiler TV reports that Weaver will come face to face with this unnamed character as "the 2nd Mass arrives at a functional military base run by Weaver's former flame."
It's not the first time Tom Mason's (Noah Wyle) survivors have stumbled across a secret base - think Charleston - and the 2nd Mass should know to not let this bastion of civilization raise their hopes. The ragtag team of fighters has been betrayed far too many times. This time, it seems the turn around will come from Weaver's pal.
"Weaver discovers the shocking truth about an old friend," TNT teased of episode 8, which is ominously titled "Stalag 14th Virginia."
Considering the title references German prisoner-of-war camps, it looks like Weaver's team will be in for a rough episode. So much for love.
