Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers are sick of their online haters.

Brooks Ayers Fights Back Against Fake Cancer Allegations

Following weeks of allegations, which claim Ayers isn't really suffering from cancer, the Real Housewives of Orange County couple spoke out on Twitter, slamming their co-stars for creating the "fake cancer" story line -- and promising the truth will soon be revealed.

“Stay tuned. They will all look like fools,” Gunvalson told fans, according to a report by AllAboutTRH on Wednesday. Ayers also denied the fake cancer allegations, adding, “This storyline is nothing short of shameless. The truth comes out.”

Brooks Ayers Claims To Have Lost 38 Pounds During Chemo

Since The Real Housewives of Orange County began airing its 10th season earlier this month, a number of Gunvalson and Ayers' co-stars, namely Meghan King Edmonds, have insinuated Ayers could be faking his cancer diagnosis.

Even after filming, Edmonds isn't convinced, and recently took to her blog, where she addressed Ayers' health.

“I’m a little green with envy that Vicki and Brooks can jet off to her place in Mexico… However, I was a bit shocked to learn that Brooks is in the midst of his chemo and is going to Mexico," she wrote to fans last week. "Some kind of physical strength he must have to be able to do that. Maybe it’s from all his holistic juicing and vitamin ‘cancer cures.’“

Still, Ayers insists “[Brooks] needs all the love, encouragement and support right now.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
