Although many reports have alleged Giudice will return to Bravo after she is released from prison, a new source claims her probation department has yet to approve her reality contract.

“The probation department hasn’t signed off on it,” a source revealed to Radar Online on Thursday. “And the probation department has to approve Teresa’s employer and employment because of the terms of her release.”

Filming on The Real Housewives of New Jersey's seventh season is expected to begin this fall, in order to include Giudice's prison release in December, but at this point, nothing has been set in stone when it comes to the mother of four's return.

“None of the cast members of RHONJ have signed contracts for next season. But there isn’t anything to be concerned about because filming has been pushed from the summer and won’t be beginning until late September, early October,” the source explained.

Despite the current state of Giudice's contract with Bravo, the source said there's no reason to be concerned.

“Bravo is being assured that Teresa will get approved to do it,” the source said. “Her lawyer will argue this is the only way to repay outstanding creditors, whom are owed more than $14 million.”

According to Radar Online, Giudice recently signed legal documents, which will allow the government to garnish 25 percent of her Bravo earnings. Giudice's home furnishings and 2005 Maserati will also be seized, in order to pay off her $400,000 resitution.
