According to new reports Giudice, who is in the middle of a federal prison sentence after her guilty plea on fraud charges, has been emailing the one and only Andy Cohen. Her lawyer James J. Leonard Jr. said that she and the brains behind the Real Housewives franchise have just begun communicating within the last week.

“He was added to her approved email list over the weekend and they’ve exchanged correspondence.”

Leonard, who has been speaking out on Giudice’s behalf since she turned herself in to the facility in Connecticut added, “Teresa is upbeat and strong. She’s thinking about the future and looking forward to coming home to her family.”

He didn’t say what their email conversations entail, but rumor has it she’s returning to The Real Housewives of New Jersey when she is released around the holiday season. So it’s possible they’re discussing the terms of her comeback.

Leonard previously said of Giudice, “She’s taking care of her body, she’s taking care of her mind. She’s making sure er family’s looked after. She’s reprioritizing things in her life.”

He said he’s confident that Giudice will come out a much “stronger” and “more focused” person than when she entered. Her husband Joe also pleaded guilty to the charges and was given a much longer sentence of a little more than three years. He will begin his shortly after Teresa is free.
