Bedelia Hargrove is suing Gordon for $10 million according to Us Weekly Wednesday. But the reason why will leave fans even more speechless than the lawsuit itself.

She said that Gordon assaulted Bobbi Kristina just hours before she was discovered facedown and unconscious in a bathtub on Jan. 31. He snatched her up by the hair before dragging her upstairs and even knocking out her teeth.

Since the bathtub incident, she was in a coma for nearly three months before being transferred to a rehab center. She is now in hospice care as of Wednesday. Brown's father, Bobby Brown and her aunt, Pat Houston (sister-in-law of Bobbi Kristina’s late mother Whitney Houston) were granted co-guardianship recently.

Hargrove said in a statement to the publication, “Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf on Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured.”

Hargrove also said that Gordon took out $11,000 from her account while she was in a medically induced coma.

Hargrove continued her statement with, “Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and it will be swift.”
