According to a police report, the attack occurred Tuesday. Lacy was working out at a church in Atlanta when Holdsclaw approached her and said she wanted to put some items in Lacy's Range Rover, reports Channel 2 Action News WSBTV.

As Lacy drove from the church she smelled gasoline inside her car and noticed Holdsclaw was following her.

When she pulled over, Holdsclaw got out of her car with a baseball bat and smashed the driver's side window, a rear passenger's window and the rear window of Lacy's car. Then she pulled out a gun and fired inside the car but Lacy was not injured, according to the police report obtained by Channel 2 Action News WSBTV.

Police believes Holdsclaw wanted to start a bigger fire.

"Everything is a lesson learned. We all make decisions good and bad. As long as we grow from them that's all that matters," Holdsclaw tweeted on Tuesday.
