She has toyed with the idea of an English lifestyle for a while, and finally, Katie Ann Schmucker will make her decision between that and staying Amish on Return to Amish. 

After her initial experiment when she and Mary headed down to Florida a few years back, Katie Ann has been on the fence of which lifestyle was best for her. She has been increasingly tempted by the English world, specifically the Rodeo, but hasn't wanted to further hurt her parents by being their third child to leave the Amish world behind.

However, after another look at the Rodeo, Katie Ann will make her final decision--something that will possibly hurt her mother, Mary, in ways she never expected.

However, Mary may have already been getting wise to what Katie Ann has actually desired or a while. In a preview clip for the Sunday, June 28 episode, after Katie Ann comes back from our outing with Abe and Rebecca, Mary will ask her son about the new car that appears to have been at his property for some time, hidden under a tarp--the same car Katie Ann has been using behind her mother's back to get around.

"So Abe...what's that new car out there under the tarp?" she asks.

Now, Katie Ann may need to come clean once and for all-and because of it, things will change for her forever. Because she is choosing to go English, her father, Chester, won't allowed her to still stay at home--which will not only hurt his recently being accepted back into the church, but could hurt Mary's own attempts to get back in as well.

Return to Amish airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on TLC.
