After a long battle of crazy costumes, hysterical skits and outrageous bickers, the winner of the drag competition this year was Violet Chachki. On Saturday, she took to her Twitter page to let everyone know that she is more than just an attractive person. However, she didn't mention what she would rather be known for.

She could be referring to her strength based on her previous interview with Entertainment Weekly. Chachki mentioned that she's pretty tough even when it comes to winning Shadiest Queen in one of the episodes of the reality competition.

"I think I have a really, really strong personality, especially when it comes to my drag character," the new superstar said. "It's part of the character I worked really hard to create. I'm really creative. I maybe had blinders on. It takes a really long time to get me. I don't necessarily like being a TV personality, I just want to be an artist. There were a lot of people on the show who were shadier than I was."

"Being shady was part of my character," she added. "We were all fighting for our careers."

RuPaul's Drag Race Season 8 is expected to premiere in spring 2016 on Logo TV.
