Sheriff Stilinski (Linden Ashby) and his son have been on their own ever since viewers were introduced to Beacon Hills in 2011, but the MTV drama will soon give Mrs. Stilinski her Teen Wolf debut.

Unfortunately, the episode 6 flashback it's sure to leave you in a puddle of tears.

"[It's] a heart-wrenching scene between Stiles and his mother, Claudia, where we learn just how bad things got before her death," series creator Jeff Davis informed TV Line.

As we all know from Stiles' (Dylan O'Brien) season 3 nogitsune debacle, Mrs. Stilinski died in 2004 after experiencing many of the same symptoms as her son (insomnia, hallucinations, confusing dreams with reality). It is also known that Stiles was by his mother's side when she passed away, and that particular scene would probably incapacitate the fandom with grief if Davis chose to include it in the flashback.

On the upside, Stiles first name was important to Claudia and perhaps, after five years, Teen Wolf will finally reveal the snarky teen's cognomen.
