It's looking like there won't be a time jump between the season 4 finale of ABC's Once Upon a Time and the upcoming season 5 premiere.

Once Upon a Time fans last saw Emma (Jennifer Morrison) literally become consumed by darkness in the season 4 finale, and this is apparently where they will pick up in the first episode of season 5. A new TVLine report says they are hearing that the premiere will be a continuation of exactly where things left off.

Additionally, the report says that fans will be meeting the colorful characters of Camelot earlier in the season than later. The upcoming season is set to introduce King Arthur, Guinevere and Merlin, while Lancelot (Sinqua Walls) is returning. It is not yet known how large any of their roles will be in season 5.

In the mean time, fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of San Diego Comic-Con, where Once Upon a Time will once again have a presence. Actors attending the panel include Morrison, Ginnifer Goodwin (who plays Snow), Lana Parrilla (Regina), Josh Dallas (Charming), Emilie de Ravin (Belle), Colin O'Donoghue (Hook), Robert Carlyle (Rumple), Rebecca Mader (Zelena) and Sean Maguire (Robin Hood).

The panel will also feature co-creators and show runners Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz while it will be moderated by actress Yvette Nicole Brown.

It will take place Saturday, July 11 from 10-10:45 a.m. at Ballroom 20. Then, there will be an autograph signing from 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. at Booth 4245.

Once Upon a Time season 5 premieres Sunday, Sept. 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
