When Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson dated, it brought out a lot of media attention in their personal lives, but the way they met is bringing in positive comments.

Kristen Stewart's 'Twilight' Co-Star Says He's 'Proud' Of Her

On Tuesday, Movie Pilot shared an interview with Justin Price, who wrote and directed the upcoming werewolf flick Dark Moon Rising. He gave plenty of insight on the DVD release, but he was also asked if he felt that the Twilight films did any harm on the werewolf genre since those movies showed these creatures in a less frightening way than usual. As it turns out, Price showed his praise for these films as well as the leading actors.

"A franchise that brought about diversity among its cast and talented leading men in Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson, and one of the more fearless actresses in Kristen Stewart? That franchise? I honestly can't begin to fathom how a series of films with so many positives can brew about this sense of letdown," the writer said.

Price then gave more details on how a film that exceeds the reality that people face every day can be an ideal sanctuary.

"Forget the fact that it's hard to make a film, but any film that gives us a way to come together to root for heroes and to escape into our imaginations is a great film," he said.

The Twilight movies turned Stewart and Pattinson into the stars they are today.
