Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill might have been going strong for almost a year now, but he’s still amazed that he scored a woman like the "Only" rapper.

Angie Martinez of Power 105.1 in New York City caught up with the rapper, who never shies away from the chance to speak on his girlfriend.

“This be like a dream to me...If it wasn’t for rap I’d probably be in jail or dead or something. It’s like a dream for me to be in any of these relationships. I wake up in the bed, see Nicki and go back to sleep like ‘yo this must be a dream. Let me wake back up again.’ Sometimes she knows, sometimes she doesn’t.”

He added that when Nicki stopped by Martinez’s show, Martinez was uncertain about Meek Mill and whether he could be “tamed.”

Meek took his interview with Martinez to respond and said, “Is she tamable? I think Nicki Minaj will make anybody change up their situation. It worked. She would just be worried about how people gonna take her. Because you know she’s making new decisions in her life and making moves…”

He went on to open up about Internet trolls and said he’s not worried about his social media haters.

“Most of them will never indulge in a conversation with me.”

He said he’s never been one to “flaunt” his relationship but since Nicki likes to post snapshots of him, he feels he has to do the same so she’s not the only one.

He's said he'll definitely channel his feelings into new music.
