Bobbi Kristina Brown Update: Man Hits 22-Year-Old With $700K Lawsuit Amid Her Condition [VIDEO]
Bobbi Kristina Brown’s situation possibly just got worse as a man has filed a lawsuit against her.
Just days before Brown’s tragic incident in which she was found in her bathtub in her home, she was involved in a car crash. Now, the man riding in the other car wants Brown to pay for his medical bills (despite the fact that she’s currently in hospice care).
Russell J. Eckerman claims moments before the accident that happened “on or about” Jan. 27 Brown was "traveling at an imprudent speed for conditions and was following too closely and improperly attempted to change lanes in order to avoid the vehicle stopping in front of her” as she was behind the wheel of her 2005 Jeep Liberty.
The documents say that next Brown could no longer control the car and went all the way across the middle lane, hitting Eckerman’s car, a Ford Taurus.
Eckerman said that the “significant injuries” he suffered from racked up to $732,610.22 to be exact. He said he had injuries to his face, spine, skull, a cut on his scalp and pain in his left wrist. He went as far as going into a medically-induced coma and even in a ventilator.
Meanwhile, Brown’s life is hanging in the balance as she has yet to recover from her own incident that occurred on Jan. 31. The 22-year-old was transferred to the hospice center a little more than a week ago. Since then, her family and close friends have gathered to visit her.
