Anyway, on Thursday Lozada revealed what "a life changing moment" for her was.

She shared a clip from her meeting with life coach Iyanla Vanzant where she opened up about her past issues with men and more.

Lozada has changed a lot since then. She regarded her sit down with Iyanla as a "defining moment" that made her realize "it was time to make some changes!"

"Meet the new me," she then beamed while promoting Livin' Lozada. It seems like this opportunity to partner with OWN has really had a positive affect on the TV personality's life. She'll be sharing her family life with anyone willing to tune in. Her daughter Shaniece Hairston, also just promoted the reality show on Thursday night, asking, "Are you ready for us?"
