When the royal drama returns this fall, fans can expect some crazy drama, according to Friday's report from Entertainment Weekly. With the introduction of the English Court, the site pointed out that this can only mean more people will be causing more chaos.

It also turns out that a new character may be joining the series as Elizabeth's English Ambassador to France. If that's not enough, this person will likely turn into the queen's spy.

A Handsome Pirate Is Coming To 'Reign'

The details aren't specific at this point, but if the early episodes were dramatic, odds are likely they'll be nothing compared to what's coming next. More people are coming aboard, including a handsome pirate.

E! News previously announced that a 'matey' named Martin will be making things pretty exciting in the French Court as he looks for a wife. But since he seems to have a thing for the ladies, the odds might be slim that he'll be able to settle. There's also a good chance that he's not looking to settle; perhaps, he has something else up his sleeve.

There was another report from Spoiler TV where it was said that two characters named Amy and Robert Dudley will have a struggling marriage, which may have to do with the fact that Robert has a connection to Queen Elizabeth...and their connection could easily be more than platonic.
