She was supposed to keep the truth about her identity a secret from everyone, but Ava (Maura West) will make a shocking decision by confiding in Franco (Roger Howarth) about her not really being Denise DeMuccio on General Hospital.

'Denise' and Franco Form An Unlikely Partnership

While posing as her fake twin sister, Ava and Franco partnered up to fake date with the goal of making both Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Morgan (Bryan Craig) jealous. The, after meeting up and talking about their situations, Ava revealed to Franco that she wouldn't be able to see baby Avery while she was in Sonny's (Maurice Benard) custody because of her association with him. As he consoled her she then dropped the biggest bomb on him--that Avery wasn't her niece, but her daughter.

Now, Franco will be forced to sit quiet with the information that Ava is not only alive, but in Port Charles, after she finds a way to convince him to keep the secret.

Silas Shocked By Ava's Latest Actions

"Welcome to the show Franco," Ava says to him in a preview clip for the Monday, July 6 episode.

Now, Ava will likely get Franco's sworn word to stay quiet through agreeing to help him with the Nina situation. But, she may soon still find her secret at risk of being exposed as Silas (Michael Easton) continues to struggle with the truth about Ava--and his conflict will show on his face when he runs into his ex-wife at the fireworks show.

"What's wrong? Why are you upset?" Nina asks Silas in the clip.

Knowing he has to keep quiet because he was an accomplice in covering up the fact that Ava was alive in general, Silas won't explicitly tell Nina the truth--but he could find himself struggling at not dropping hints.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
