Life has been significantly difficult for Zoila (Judy Reyes) lately on Devious Maids, and her sister Reina's (Justina Machado) arrival in Beverly Hills may only add to the complications she has had.

Not only is Zoila prgnant with her dead ex-husband's child, but she lost the man she loved for good after telling him the truth that the baby wasn't his--at their wedding. Now, she has been freaked out about being alone and raising her new child after Valentina (Edy Ganem) and Remy (Drew Van Acker) got engaged and moved to New York and Genevieve (Susan Lucci) found love with her doctor.

However, the least amount of help she could ever want will arrive when her sister comes for a visit--and it won't take long for things to quickly get heated between the two siblings.

And as things heat up, they could also potentially become extremely dangerous for Zoila and her unborn child as well, when after a heated exchange with her sister, she loses her step and tumbles down the winding staircase in Genevieve's mansion.

"I want you the hell out of here," Zoila says to Reina in a preview clip for the Monday, July 6 episode, just before she tries to grab something from her hand--resulting in the fall.

However, after she lands at the bottom of the stairs and appears to be unconscious, her sister will come to the rescue and scream for help--getting her to a doctor as soon as possible.

"ZOILA!" Reina screams in the clip.

Devious Maids airs Monday-Friday at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
