Now both Stephen Amell and Emily Bett Rickards have weighed in on how they think things might go down for their characters Oliver and Felicity's romance in season 4 of Arrow.

'Arrow Is Done,' Stephen Amell Dishes About Season 4 Of The CW Series

Amell sounds more optimistic about the future of the couple, as in a recent interview he teased that they had a "decent shot" at happiness.

Speaking to TVJunkies, the actor talked about the duo who were seen driving into the sunset in the finale of season 3, revealing that they might not be seen in the premiere of the next chapter.

"Well they've been away," Amell joked. "They are away and I believe they are still away when we get going again," he says.

So it seems like the couple will be pretty invested in the relationship, enough to have them stay away for longer than they probably should considering there is so much evil to fight out there. And Amell only has positive things to say about them making it.

"Well you never know, but I think if anyone has a decent chance it's Oliver and Felicity. Time will tell," Amell said.

In an interview with TVGuide in May, Rickards was a bit more skeptical about Oliver and Felicity's getaway.

"What I think is so interesting is that once you help people and have served justice for so long, is that it might become an addiction to a certain extent," she said. "It's one thing to go and be happy and sit on an island, but you want to still be doing important work. So I don't know what that's going to be for them. They're going to have a balance of that and hopefully in their relationship as well."

Season 4 of Arrow will premiere on Oct. 7.

The finale of season 3, entitled 'My Name is Oliver Queen,' of Arrow aired on May 13 on The CW.
