It's going to be one hell of a ride on AMC's hit drama Hell on Wheels when a new character joins the series.

On Monday, writer-director Rod Lurie took to Twitter to post a couple photos of a character named Josie Rose who will "rock" this season.

It remains a mystery on who exactly Josie is and what she'll be bringing to the wild western program, but it definitely seems like she'll be someone worth watching. It also appears that she might have some encounter with Eva (Robin McLeavy) since they can be seen in another snapshot together, looking like they're having a great time filming.

Fans have expressed their excitement for the new lady coming aboard with comments that read, "oh goodie! Another new character" and "Beautiful ladies, look forward to seeing Paige as new character, love Robin's costume in shot!"

Josie will be played by Paige Patterson who is expected to be on the show for at least four episodes, according to the actress's IMDB page. Patterson's previous credits include Elementary, Quarter Life and Pzazz 101.

In a report from Zap 2 It on Monday, showrunner John Wirth, said that this season will be "the beginning of the end."

"What you're going to see this year is everything we haven't had a chance to do in previous seasons," he revealed.

Hell on Wheels Season 5 premieres on Saturday, July 18 on AMC.
