The band's Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour resumes on July 17 in Las Vegas, but he seems to be spending time with his possible girlfriend Bryana Holly in Los Angeles until then.

Daily Mail reported Saturday that Irwin was spotted out and about with the blonde model shopping in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

On Thursday, Irwin posted a photo of himself on Twitter enjoying his "first legal lager in the USA" with a huge grin on his face as he held the glass of beer up.

Perhaps Bryana Holly was with him to enjoy this epic moment.

Maybe she will even be in attendance of many of the upcoming tour dates in the States since Irwin cannot go out drinking with his bandmates Calum Hood, Michael Clifford and Luke Hemmings seeing as they are not 21 yet.

Bryana Holly has been snapped in photos with Irwin during select dates of the European leg of the tour so it is feasible to think she may accompany him once more now that the tour will be North America.
