Kristen Stewart may have faced a rough battle years back, but she feels stronger now that she's past it.

On Tuesday, Fox News posted the details from the actress's interview with Marie Claire where she discussed how she is not facing the same difficulties she used to when she was younger and how much better it feels.

"Speaking very candidly, it was a really traumatic period in my early 20's that kick-started something in me that was a bit more feral," she said. "I'm really proud that I'm able to move forward and not fall into every mental crater. That's a new thing for me. Age has made me smarter and calmer. And it is f---ing awesome."

Stewart is known for roles in Snow White and the Huntsman, Still Alice, Clouds of Sils Maria and her most infamous role in the Twilight movies when she dated her co-star Robert Pattinson. This led into the former couple becoming massive media targets even after they ended their relationship in 2012. However she may look in the public eye, Stewart made it clear that she doesn't care what people think about her anymore.

"Lately, I've been doing less of the 'I'm sooooo sorry,'" she said. "And more of the 'No. F--k Jesus."

Rumor currently has it that Stewart might be dating her friend Alicia Cargile, but that has still yet to be confirmed or denied by either of them.
