While rumors have circulated about the possibility in recent years, a new source claims Bravo is no longer interested in bringing their former star back to the hit reality series.

“Danielle will definitely not be back,” a source confirmed to Real Mr. Housewife on Tuesday. “Although there were talks of her possibly coming back, production ended up deciding that her storyline is old news and there’s not enough public interest in her anymore.”

Is Jacqueline Laurita Returning To 'RHONJ' For Season Seven?

Just months ago, a source claimed Staub was attempting to make her way back to Bravo by reaching out to the show's newest housewives, including Amber Marchese, Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano.

“Danielle has been reaching out to the newbies of the cast,” a source close to Staub revealed to Radar Online earlier this year. “She is trying to be sweet in hopes that they will like her and want her to come on the show with them. Danielle knows she has no friends in the other cast members. For example, she knows Jacqueline and Caroline would never talk to her or have anything to do with her.”

“Basically, Danielle is desperate for a return to the show," the source added. "She’s made that quite clear on social media and her reaching out to the new cast members is an obvious tactic to try to accomplish this goal.”
