What’s crazy is New York Daily News caught the moment that Gordon was given the documents on tape Tuesday. It happened while he was leaving Starbucks just outside of Orlando, Fla. A mystery woman who was not shown on camera approached him and said, “Mr. Gordon?”

He said, “yes” before she gave him a manilla folder.

He sat down at a nearby table before a man asked him what he had just received.

“I have no idea,” he said.

He then looked around before pulling out his cell phone.

The lawsuit against Gordon was filed by Brown’s court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove in Fulton County, Ga. on June 24. Gordon might have seen this moment coming as it quickly made headlines and became the center of reports surrounding Bobbi Kristina’s health condition for a moment. According to the documents, Gordon brought “substantial” injuries to Bobbi Kristina— including “knocking out a front tooth and (dragged) her upstairs by her hair.”

It also claimed that Gordon controlled her money and wouldn’t even let her set up appointments or interviews without him giving her the okay. It details the day that Bobbi Kristina was found in her bathtub in her Roswell, Ga. home. It said she was going to see a friend to whom she vented about Gordon and said he wasn't “the man she thought he was.”

But she and Gordon ended up getting into a heated conversation.

“The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out.”
