Lisa Robin Kelly had another run-in with the law.

The 42-year old former star of "That '70s Show' was arrested on Monday for allegedly assaulting a man in North Carolina. The 61-year-old man was identified as Kelly's husband through police records obtained by TMZ. The man was also arrested and there were no apparent signs of drug or alcohol involvement.

Kelly has dealt with authorities in two previous other occasions. She was arrested in 2010 for driving while intoxicated. Earlier this year, Kelly was arrest for a felony spousal abuse charge but the Los Angeles County District Attorney reportedly declined to file charges. She claimed that her then-boyfriend, John Michas, injured himself in an attempt to frame her.

Shortly after the abuse charge Kelly went on "Good Morning America" and talked about her troubled life.

"I had lost a baby, as a result of that, I lost everything," Kelly said. "And I was abusing alcohol, which I no longer do. With the 70s show, I was guilty - of the drinking problem - and I ran. And I am not running from this. And I have paid my dues."

Since being arrested, Kelly's ghastly mug shot from her March arrest has gone viral on the web.

Kelly has had little television work since she finished playing the fabulous Laurie Forman on the Fox's popular comedy show, which helped launch successful careers of her co-stars.

Former "That '70s Show" alumni Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have had major success since the show ended in 2006. After Ashton Kutcher replaced Charlie Sheen on the CBS hit "Two and a Half Men," he was listed as the highest paid television actor by Forbes for 2012. Mila Kunis has had success in film with roles in "Black Swan" and the Seth McFarlane comedy "Ted." She was also named Esquire Magazines "Sexiest Woman Alive in 2012."
