Spencer Bledsoe is bound to have a huge target on his back heading into Survivor: Cambodia.

'Survivor: Cambodia' Players Return To Social Media

Spencer was one of 20 former players selected by America to play the game a second time in Survivor: Cambodia - Second Chance. The popular economics student, who came in fourth place in Survivor: Cagayan, has a huge reputation that will either help or hurt him in the upcoming season.

In Cagayan, Spencer was stuck on the dysfunctional Luzon ("Brains") tribe, who lost the first two Immunity Challenges of the season. Spencer joined the majority in voting out David Samson at the first Tribal Council. J'Tia Taylor was proving to be a huge liability at camp and in challenges so Spencer joined Garrett Adelstein in voting her out next, but they were in the minority. Kass McQuillen joined J'Tia and Tasha Fox in voting out the increasingly bossy Garrett, and Spencer then found himself on the outs.

Top 5 Reasons We're Excited For 'Survivor: Cambodia'

Luzon would go to Tribal Council one more time before the tribe swap, and while the women had agreed to vote out Spencer next, he managed to convince Kass and Tasha to keep him in for his strength, and all three voted out J'Tia. Spencer, Kass and Tasha were then placed on the new Aparri tribe, where they would rise to power.

Spencer made it to the merge with his alliance of Kass, Tasha, Jeremiah Wood, Morgan McLeod and Sarah Lacina. They had the upper hand over the new Solana tribe, but Kass flipped and voted with them, sending out Sarah. This put Spencer's alliance in the minority, though he was able to prey on Tony Vlachos' paranoia and get him to vote out LJ McKanas and Jefra Bland.

Spencer lost his final ally in Tasha at the Final 6, and he was left on his own. He won three Immunity Challenges throughout the merge to help save him until the Final 4. Spencer did his best to campaign and save himself, but he was voted out unanimously in fourth place.

Throughout Cagayan, the Survivor fanbase (particularly the "casuals") fell in love with Spencer and he is easily one of the two or three most popular players heading into Cambodia. His popularity could make him a very early target next season.

Spencer will likely make solid allies with recent season players like Kelley Wentworth, Jeremy Collins or Joe Anglim, since he is very active in the community. He is ostensibly known as a "good guy," so there will be some players wanting to definitely align with him.

However, Spencer will also become an early target for elimination, considering he has a reputation for being smart and thriving under pressure. It's easy to imagine less popular players going after him because of his potential to mastermind the season, similar to how Rob Cesternino was targeted so early in Survivor: All Stars.

Cambodia Prediction: Spencer will make allies early on and control the pre-merge with a majority alliance. He will enter the merge with said allies, but he will be too big of a target to make it far into the game. Spencer will be targeted by the other side, and be sent home as the first or second member of the jury.

We predict: 12th place.
