Kirsten's Birthday May End Deadly On 'Stitchers'?

Tuesday night the Stitchers program team managed to survive after they were exposed to a deadly virus in their lab.

While in the lab dealing with pretty horrid symptoms that seemed likely to kill them though, Cameron (Kyle Harris) kept pushing for Kirsten (Emma Ishta) to call Liam (Jack Turner) and give him a heartfelt goodbye and possibly an answer to the question he popped in the previous episode.

Kirsten refused though, but this storyline isn't slipping away. Cameron will continue to confront Kirsten about her possible "yes" or "no" response to Liam's proposal in the ninth episode called Future Tense, which hits TV screens next Tuesday night.

In this episode the press release revealed that the team will of course deal with another case, but the stitch will get weirder than prior stitches since Kirsten will see the murder of another person while she combs through the memories of the online psychic she's stitched into.

That aside, the underlying plot of this episode will be all about Liam since not only does he put off Cameron, but Maggie (Salli Richardson-Whitfield) holds reservations too.

In the preview below, Cameron is seen in the lab asking Kirsten, "You going to marry him?"

She seems unsure though as she confides in him, "I want to be sure he's the one," but Cameron confirms she'll never be sure.

In a brief clip from the preview it looks like Cameron and Liam might even get a little physical with each other as Cameron takes a tumble to the floor.

For even more romance in the show, Linus (Ritesh Rajan) will convince Camille (Allison Scagliotti) to meet his parents, which is rather sweet considering the conversation he had with them about her in the episode that aired last night.

Stitchers airs on ABC Family at 9 p.m. ET on Tuesdays.
