Kanye West Deposed In Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries Divorce

Kanye West and Kris Jenner have been deposed in Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' divorce battle, according to The Huffington Post. 

Kardashian, however, has not yet been deposed- she has not been ordered to testify in court, which has frustrated her attorney, Laura Wasser, because it is an indication that the divorce trial can take longer than expected.

Wasser reportedly stated that her client "is now handcuffed to Mr. Humphries."

Kardashian filed for divorce from Humphries after a brief marriage in October of 2011, a mere 72 days after their highly publicized, and televised, wedding.

Humphries filed for an annulment claiming the marriage was based on fraud. His attorneys are seeking evidence to hold up this claim. Marshall Waller, Humphries' attorney, said he is seeking documents from Kardashian's reality show employers E! Entertainment and NBC Universal.

Wasser expressed disappointment with Humphries' attorney for taking longer than expected to close the case. She argued in court that the length of the marriage and the prenuptial agreement, is enough evidence to help settle the divorce case quickly.

"I don't think his client has a fraud case," Wasser reportedly told the judge, referring to Humphries' attorney. "I think there's a fishing expedition going on here. I do understand the desire to get this case moved. There's nothing in particular about this case that makes it more important than anybody else."

The judge said he'll set a trial date for Feb. 15 to either dissolve or annul the couple's 72-day marriage.

Kardashian and West have been dating since March 2012. Humphries reportedly claimed he thinks that the Armenian beauty was having an affair with West while he was still married to the reality star.

Last week, West and Kardshian enjoyed a Thanksgiving meal at the Crustacean restaurant in Beverly Hills along with her siblings Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner. 

As Kim and West headed out of the restaurant, they stopped to share quite a steamy kiss. Kim leaned into Kanye and paid no mind to the paparazzi cameras flashing away behind her as she flaunted her love for the "Otis" rapper.
