'Supernatural' Season 11: Will John Winchester Return In Sam's Visions [POLL]? Jeffery Dean Morgan Certainly Hopes So [VIDEO]
Supernatural's Jeffery Dean Morgan is angling for the return on John Winchester.
The actor has teased a potential return for years now, but this season Morgan may actually get what he wants. Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) will spend season 11 experiencing various visions in relation to The Darkness, and his prognostications will bring back a host of character's from Supernatural's past.
"He starts to have visions or dreams of a higher power. He's also having memories that maybe weren't memories," Padalecki explained to TV Goodness https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQiwdA7oXaY at San Diego Comic-Con. "So it's going to be really cool because we're going to see a few characters via visions that we haven't seen in Supernatural in a long time."
Morgan is wasting no time informing fans that he really, really wouldn't mind joining his fictional son's trip down memory lane.
"With me it's always been about scheduling," Morgan told TV Line https://tvline.com/2015/07/18/supernatural-jeffrey-dean-morgan-return-season-11-john/ as he prepared to transition from Extant to The Good Wife. "But hopefully we can find a little time and they'll write something that I can do. It would be a great joy to go back and play with those guys."
