On Tuesday, the Instagram superstar added a new photo of herself on her page as she lies down on a gym floor in front of a mirror to take a selfie. She wears a black top with tight pants that show off her hard abs and long legs. As she straddles in a side shot position, she has a bottle of water preparing for what will likely be a deep workout.

Selter tends to post exercise snapshots of herself as well as a few videos on how she gets the fit body she has. To get her legs and backside strong, one of the things that helps is using bleachers. Clearly, she does not need a gym to stay in shape.

Jen Selter Gives Positive Words Of Encouragement About Body Types
In a previous interview with Black Book, the model pointed out the one thing she is the most proud of at this time of her life.
"My career," she said. "I have worked hard and now I'm able to share my passion and motivate others to also live a fulfilling and healthy life. Anything is possible when you push yourself to achieve your goals."
Selter is one of the biggest hits on Instagram with more than six million followers to date.
