Spoilers and a new promo video have been released for an all-new episode of "The Big Bang Theory," which will air on Thursday night.

A teaser for the episode titled "The Parking Spot Escalation" was recently released by CBS and it indicated that a conflict is set to take place between two certain nerdy friends, amongst other comedic situations.

However, It seems as though Sheldon and Howard aren't the only two to experience tension in their relationship. Judging by the pictures from Spoiler TV, it appears as though Amy Farrah Fowler will enter the parking spot dispute in order to come to the aid of Sheldon, who claimed that vehicle space is still his.

The respective conflict brings a sense of irony, as Sheldon is known to not use a car for transportation. It's still a mystery as to whether he does this to save his pride, out of spite or because of his dislike for automobiles.

CBS gave the following description on the episode's main storyline:

"When the University reassigns Sheldon's parking spot to Wolowitz, their fight affects the whole gang."

Parking dispute aside, Leonard and Sheldon meet a beautiful, free-spirited neighbor named Penny, who looks to provide them with some life knowledge.

Although Leonard spends a lot of his time searching for love, Sheldon is seemingly content with his partner Amy and partaking in Star Trek 3D Chess along with their increasing circle of friends, which include scientists Koothrappali, Wolowitz and his wife Bernadette.

Looking further ahead, CBS also gave out some details on an episode titled "The Fish Guts Displacement," which will air next week. 

"Sheldon tries to nurse a sick Amy back to health, while Wolowitz prepares for an upcoming fishing trip with his father-in-law," according to the spoiler.

"The Big Bang Theory's" new episode airs on CBS on Nov. 29 at 8 p.m. ET.
