Aly's (Ashlyn Pearce) behaviors and revealed hatred for Steffy (Jacqueline MacIness Wood) were a shock to everyone, but now the concern will shift to whether or not Aly will be able to live following a nasty head injury on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Can Steffy Be Saved From Aly's Vicious Attack?

Her attempt to finally get rid of Steffy went horribly wrong after Steffy began to fight back, causing Aly to almot bash her cousin's head in with a rock, before Steffy managed to grab the discarded tire iron and whack Aly with it--causing her to fall and further bash her head on a rock. Now, sticking to a story that Aly fell during the attack and hit her head, Steffy is keeping a huge secret--that she may have repeated history on that fateful coastline road. While her mother, Taylor (Hunter Tylo) killed Aly's mother, Darla (Schae Harrison) by running her over with a car and not saying anything, Steffy could be responsible for Aly's own potential demise.

However, what Steffy doesn't know is that while Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) happened upon the scene seconds later and seemed to buy Steffy's story as she tried tending to Aly and called for help, what really happened is something Ivy knows a little bit about. She had actually driven up to the scene as Aly still stood above Steffy with the rock in her hand--and she witnessed Steffy grabbing the tire iron and swinging at Aly.

Aly's Hatred For Steffy & Maya Is Revealed

Now, as she waits to hear about her cousin's fate, Ivy may confess to Wyatt (Darin Brooks) that she knows the truth--and the two may be forced to decide whether or not they will confront Steffy about what she's done or not.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
