Doctor Who's Peter Capaldi would like to take the TARDIS back to visit a few of Classic Who's most dangerous baddies.

The Twelfth Doctor already had a run in with the Cybermen, but the Scottish actor is looking for a more traditional take on the emotionless robots, according to The Doctor Who Fan Show. Or, it if that can't be accomplished, Capaldi would like to see the Nightmares in Silver get a taste of a Time Lord's power.

"We should either have some of them becoming Time Lords and somehow channeling it so that they have access to time and space," Capaldi teased, making the Who fandom shiver in fear. "Or I think it would be good if we had "Genesis of the Cybermen". If we found the Doctor on Mondas itself in an adventure where he discovered the Cybermen actually being created."

Twelve may not get to travel back through Cyberman history in season 9, but he will certainly put a new spin on the story of the Daleks. The time traveler will have the chance to kill a young Davros during the two-part premiere, and whatever his decision may be, Capaldi has classified it as a "mistake that has cataclysmic repercussions."
